Nicola qualified from Manchester University School of Physiotherapy in 1997, and has a wide range of previous experience in different areas of physiotherapy including orthopaedics, sports injuries, spinal dysfunction and care of the elderly.
She is a member of the Health Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. She is also a member of the Acupuncture Association of Physiotherapists.
She is specialised in treating back, neck, upper and lower limb problems and has used acupuncture alongside manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation for 18 years.
For the last 6 years she has worked as a clinical specialist in the treatment of shoulder pain and post operative rehabilitation.
She is a qualified APPI Clinical Pilates teacher (Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute) and enjoys teaching pilates to individuals and in group classes.

Janette graduated from Manchester University School of Physiotherapy in 1997 and has since practised all aspects of physiotherapy. She is a member of the Health Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.
Having practised for 18 years, she has a wealth of knowledge in dealing with pain and loss of function in muscles, joints and soft tissue. She has been a club physio for a variety of sports and is aware of the fine balance between training and injury.
Janette is a Clinical Specialist in Women's Health and for the last 4 years she has worked at one of London's biggest maternity hospitals. She is an expert in treating pre/post natal care and continence problems. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Women's Health.
She has post graduate training in Ergonomics, Clinical Pilates and is also a qualified Yoga instructor which adds to her ability to prevent and correct injury.

Borka qualified at the University of East London nearly a decade ago and has since gained valuable experience managing patients with various orthopaedic, neurological and respiratory conditions.
She specialises in treating patients with a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskleletal and orthopaedic conditions. Borka is qualified to provide acupuncture in addition to other physiotherapy treatments, which include manual therapy, mobilisations, deep tissue massage and exercise.
She is a member of the Health Professions Council, Chartered Society Physiotherapy and Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and has an ITEC diploma in Swedish Massage. She currently also works as a senior physiotherapist in the NHS.
Through her eclectic approach, Borka aims to create a personalised plan with each patient that can help them achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing in every respect.
Hadley Physio has strong links with many doctors including Orthpaedic, Rheumatology and Pain consultants. We can advise on referral for specialist opinion and further investigations if required. We also have links with midwives and complementary therapists such as chiropractors, nutritionists, homeopaths, hypnotherapists, massage therapists, podiatrists and reflexologists whose services can aid restoration of health.
